MY TRAINING PRINCIPLES

Mind:

Healthy mindset creates a healthy body. Your thoughts become your actions, habits and ultimately your character

Respiration:

Correct breathing can optimise your energy levels, reduce anxiety, maximise oxygen, remove waste

Movement:

Having optimal range of motion reduces risk of injury, improves metabolism, increases energy levels in body

Hydration:

Good quality water helps flush out toxins and is essential for keeping every cell in the body working in an optimal way

Nutrition:

Everything you consume is broken down by the body and is essentially used to make new cells and repair any damage. You literally are what you eat!

Sleep:

Exercise breaks down the muscle but in order to get gains and become stronger, adequate recovery is vital in order to repair the damage done when working out
